We all know the importance of water in our daily life. We should keep ourselves hydrated. Because dehydration cause shrinking of our cell which affects directly on our skin. If we wouldn’t drink enough water our skin becomes dry and dull.
If you’re too lazy to do anything you just do this. Keep hydrate yourself by drinking sufficient water daily at least 8 glasses. When you drink 8 glass of water daily you will be noticed the effects of water on your skin. Your skin becomes flawless and gives you a natural glow. And also, you can eat fruits and vegetables which have a high water content i.e. cucumber, coconut, watermelon, oranges and etc…
No one can deny the effects of exercise and yoga in our life. There’s exist a difference between persons who do exercise and who don’t. Exercise not only give you a good body shape but it also gives a shine and glows on your skin.
By doing exercise the blood circulation increase in our body. Blood circulation naturally makes your skin healthy. Stress also released by yoga. Our food digestion also has a major effect on our skin. When food is properly digested in our body the nutrients that are present in food are digested. Exercise promotes food digestion and gives a flaw.

Honey gives you an instant glow. Honey has antioxidant properties which reduce blemishes of skin. The ingredient which is present in honey makes your skin soft and flawless.
You can take honey by mixing in hot water. You just take a cup of water and boil it. When water boil, add one tab spoon of honey in it and mix it. Then, you just drink that water. You can follow this routine on regular basis.
And you can apply honey on your face directly. Take 1tab spoon of honey in a bowl and apply it on the skin and do massage for 2 minutes and leave it for 10 minutes. Then, wash your face with cold water.
